Shipping & Delivery
Auc Store is local first: products come from stores near you, and sellers across India can ship where they offer it.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver in Dehradun, Uttarakhand (PIN codes 248001–248009). Each store delivers within its own service area, shown on its store page. If an address is outside the area, the store offers pickup instead.
Who delivers
The selling store delivers your order with its own staff, unless the order shows that AUC or a delivery partner is delivering it. You can also choose pickup and collect the order from the store.
Delivery charges
Each store sets its own delivery charge, and some offer free delivery above an order value. The charge is always shown in your cart before you pay. Pickup is free.
When it arrives
Because stores are local, most orders arrive the same day or within a few days. The store confirms the order, and you can follow every step in the app — Confirmed, Packed, Out for delivery and Delivered (or Ready for pickup). We send updates by email and in the app.
Receiving your order
- Check the package when it arrives. If anything is damaged, wrong or missing, raise an issue on the order within 3 days (see the Refund, Cancellation & Returns policy).
- For pickup orders, show your order number at the store.
- If a delivery fails because nobody is available, the store will contact you to arrange another time or to cancel. Prepaid orders that are cancelled are refunded in full.
Services
Repairs and services are not shipped. A provider visits you, or you drop the device at the store, as agreed on the estimate.
Outside India
We do not ship outside India.
