Auc Store

Technology products, IT repairs and installation, and developers — from local stores in Dehradun.

Seller Terms

These terms apply to stores, service providers, creators and influencers, and individual sellers ("sellers") on Auc Store, in addition to the Terms of Use. Auc Store is run by Auc Smart Services Pvt Ltd, 604, Radha Palace, 2nd Floor, Rajpur Road, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.

1. Joining and verification

  • Apply from "Sell on Auc Store". Give true business and identity details, and upload genuine documents. AUC reviews every application and may approve, ask for more information, or decline it.
  • Creators, influencers and individual sellers apply as a person instead of a business: a photo ID and a live photo, and for creators the Instagram account they sell through. The name on the ID must match the account that receives payouts.
  • Keep your details up to date. AUC may re-check documents at any time.
  • Your store username (aucstore.in/store/your-name) must not mislead customers or copy another business. AUC may change usernames that do.

2. Listings

  • List only genuine products that you are allowed to sell. No illegal, stolen, counterfeit or restricted goods.
  • Use your own photos, or pictures you have the right to use, and honest descriptions, including condition (new, refurbished or used), warranty and any return window. Photos must show the actual product being sold.
  • When you add a photo or details from a link, Auc Store copies them into your listing for you. You are responsible for them as if you had uploaded them yourself, including having permission to use them.
  • Prices must include applicable taxes. Keep stock levels accurate.

3. Creators and influencers (paused)

Auc Store now focuses on technology products, IT repair and support, and web and Android development. New creator and influencer stores, and clothing, beauty and home-product listings, are paused. Existing records are kept. Individual sellers may still sell technology products after verification with a photo ID and a live photo. Developers offer their services from their profile (*Offer freelance services*) under the Terms of Use, not as a store.

4. Orders

  • Confirm or reject new orders promptly. Fulfil confirmed orders as promised, by delivery or pickup, and keep the order status up to date in the seller workspace.
  • Give the customer a bill for every sale: a GST tax invoice if you are GST-registered (prices include GST; Auc Store shows CGST and SGST), otherwise a cash memo. You can make it in the app (Quick Sale) or upload your own to the order. Settlement of online payments requires the bill.
  • You handle returns and replacements for your sales directly, as stated in your listing, and cancellations and refunds under the Refund, Cancellation & Returns policy. If you and the customer cannot agree, Auc Store decides.

5. Offers, leads and estimates

  • Offers on customer requirements must be honest and you must honour an accepted offer while it is valid.
  • Service estimates must be itemised (visit fee, labour, parts, warranty). You may not charge more than the accepted estimate without a revised estimate the customer approves.
  • Leads use lead credits. New stores receive free introductory credits valid for 90 days; after that a seller plan or lead pack is needed.

6. Auctions

Auction listings are reviewed by AUC before going live. Describe the item and its condition honestly, and complete the sale to the winning bidder at the winning price.

7. Payments and settlement

  • Online payments from customers are collected through Razorpay and settled to you after the order is delivered or picked up and the 3-day issue window has passed, less any commission or fees in your plan.
  • Settlement is held while a return or dispute on that order is open.
  • Cash on delivery and pay-at-pickup payments are collected by you directly.
  • Take online payments only through Auc Store. Do not ask customers to pay to your UPI ID, QR code, payment link or bank account in chats, messages or photos. Customers are told not to pay that way, and UPI IDs and bank details sent in chat are hidden from them. Asking customers to pay outside Auc Store may lead to the measures in section 9.
  • Repairs and services: when an estimate includes parts, customers pay an advance of at least 20% through Auc Store before work starts (visit, diagnosis and labour-only jobs are paid afterwards). Auc Store holds it with the rest of the payment and settles your share after the job is completed. Where Auc Store allows direct payments for your store, customers may pay you directly; you record the payment on the job, and AUC's commission is then owed by you and deducted from your settlements.
  • You are responsible for your own taxes. Where the law requires AUC to collect tax at source (TCS) or deduct tax (TDS), AUC will do so and share the details with you.

8. Customer data

Use customer contact details only for the order or job they were shared for. Do not add customers to marketing lists without their consent, and protect their data as required by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

9. Quality and conduct

Ratings, response times, cancellations and complaints are tracked. AUC may limit leads, hide listings, suspend or remove sellers who break these terms, mislead customers or repeatedly fail to fulfil orders.

10. Fees

Plan fees, lead packs and commission rates are shown in the seller workspace before you buy or accept them. AUC will give notice before changing fees that apply to you.

11. Liability and law

You are responsible for the products and services you sell. You agree to cover AUC's losses caused by your breach of these terms or the law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
