Community Guidelines
The Auc Store Community is where customers and local stores help each other with phones, laptops, computers, CCTV, networks and other technology. These rules keep it useful and safe. By posting you agree to them and to the Terms of Use.
Be helpful
- Describe your problem clearly: the device, the model, what happened and what you already tried.
- Answer only when you know something useful. Explain the steps, and say when something needs a professional.
- Mark the answer that solved your problem, so others find it quickly.
Be respectful
No insults, harassment, hate speech, threats or discrimination. Disagree with ideas, not people.
Keep it honest and safe
- No spam, fake reviews, or advertising unrelated to the question. Stores may offer help and mention their service when it is relevant.
- Do not share personal information — yours or anyone else's — such as phone numbers, addresses, passwords, OTPs or bank details. AUC will never ask for your OTP or password.
- No illegal content, pirated software, cracks, hacking help or instructions that could harm people or devices.
- No adult, violent or shocking content. Posts, answers and pictures are checked automatically: explicit words are hidden, and flagged posts or pictures wait for an Auc Store check before anyone else sees them.
Reporting and blocking
- Tap Report on any post or answer that breaks these rules. AUC reviews reports and removes content that breaks them.
- Tap Block to stop seeing someone's posts and answers.
- AUC may hide content, and warn, suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
Advice is at your own risk
Answers come from other customers and stores, not from AUC. Back up your data first, and use a verified store or AUC engineer for repairs that need tools or opening a device.
