Account Deletion

You can delete your Auc Store account at any time.

How to delete

  1. Open the app, or go to aucstore.in in any browser (no app needed), and sign in.
  2. Go to Account → Help & support → Delete my account (or type "delete account" in Search).
  3. Type DELETE to confirm.

You can also email support@aucstore.in from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". This page applies to the Auc Store app and website, run by Auc Smart Services Pvt Ltd.

Before you delete

Finish or cancel any orders and service jobs in progress. Accounts with work in progress cannot be deleted until it is complete. Seller accounts must also close their store first; contact support to do this.

What happens

  • You are signed out on all devices straight away.
  • Requests that have not started are cancelled.
  • Your Community posts and answers stay visible to help others, but show "Former member" instead of your name. Ask us if you want them removed.
  • AUC completes the deletion within 30 days. Your name, mobile number, email, addresses, saved items and notifications are removed.
  • Orders, invoices, payments and warranty records are kept in anonymised form where tax and company law requires them. They can no longer be linked to you.

Changed your mind?

Email support@aucstore.in before the deletion is complete and we can restore your account.
